As our products are digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been made available for download.

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the resource is suitable for your needs.

Digital Products

All products sold through Golden Wattle Learning Co. are digital PDF downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once downloaded.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we'll be happy to help:

• Your files won't download.
• A file is corrupted or damaged.
• You receive the wrong product.
• A product is missing pages or contains a technical error.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement file or work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
